Livestream & Recorded Multicam Production

Multicam & Livestreaming. Everything Included.

I deliver full multicam productions using my own PTZ (Pan, Tilt, Zoom) cameras and live vision mixing system — handling cameras, switching, recording and delivery as a single, streamlined package.

Can be run solo for smaller jobs, or scaled up with additional crew when needed.

Live Event & Conference Filming

I film conferences, talks and live events using a compact multicam setup that works equally well live-streamed or recorded for post-production.

PTZ cameras allow discreet coverage of stages, panels and speakers without large crews or intrusive camera positions. I can cut the show live, capture clean recordings of every camera, or do both at the same time — depending on what the event needs.

How It’s Used

  • Conferences and summits

  • Panel discussions and Q&As

  • Keynotes and presentations

  • Corporate town halls

  • Internal and external events

Live, Recorded, or Both

  • Livestreamed to platforms like YouTube, Vimeo or LinkedIn

  • Live-to-tape for stress-free capture without going live

  • Recorded for edit and released later as polished content

The same kit supports all three workflows, so the decision can be made based on audience, timing and pressure — not technical limitations.

Designed for Real Venues

The system is fast to set up, quiet in operation and keeps the footprint small — ideal for conference centres, hotel ballrooms, theatres and client offices.

For larger events, additional operators, cameras and technical support can be added without changing the core workflow.

A Cinematographer’s Eye on Your Production

Most livestream companies are tech-first. I come at it from the other direction — framing, lighting and camera craft first, with a reliable technical workflow behind it.

Lean, Efficient, High-Quality

I can run up to three PTZ cameras and switch the show myself. This keeps crew sizes small, setups fast, and productions cost-effective without compromising on the result.

Scales When Needed

For larger or more complex productions, I bring in experienced operators and technical directors I trust. The workflow stays consistent — just with more hands on deck.

Live or Pre-Recorded

Not everything needs to go out live.

The same kit works perfectly for:

  • pre-recorded panels

  • interviews and fireside chats

  • long-form discussions

  • training videos

  • events you want to polish and publish later

The Technology: AI Precision, Human Direction

Intelligent Camera Systems

My workflow utilises the Obsbot Tail 2 ecosystem. These are modern PTZ (Pan, Tilt, Zoom) cameras equipped with advanced AI tracking and auto-framing capabilities.

  • The Human Touch: While the AI handles the precision tracking of moving subjects, the creative direction remains strictly human. I monitor and direct the AI, ensuring the framing serves the narrative.

  • Efficiency: This technology eliminates the need for camera operators to stand static for long durations. It allows for a multi-angle production to be run by a single Technical Director, significantly reducing your crew costs and on-set footprint.

  • Stability: The cameras are unobtrusive and tireless, providing smooth, consistent framing throughout long conferences or events.

Television Aesthetics

Clients expect broadcast quality, regardless of the location. My setup is designed to elevate standard office environments into professional studios.

Cinematic Lighting

I do not rely on available office lighting. I utilise a my professional lighting kit to ensure skin tones are accurate and the image has depth.

Discreet Audio

High-quality lav mics are used as standard, avoiding the visual clutter of desktop "podcast" microphones.

Rapid Rigging

The system is flight-cased and pre-configured. We can be rigged and ready for checks within one hour of access, and clear the site just as quickly.

Seamless Visual Integration

A professional stream requires more than just camera cuts. My system handles the full graphical package to ensure your client’s branding is front and centre.

  • On-Screen Graphics: We can overlay animated lower thirds (names/titles), logos, and "ticker" tape messaging live during the show.

  • Media Playback: We handle the playback of pre-recorded VT segments, intro stings, and countdown timers.

  • Presentation Management: We integrate PowerPoint or Keynote decks directly into the feed, allowing for full-screen slides or Picture-in-Picture (PiP) layouts alongside the speaker.

  • Holding Slides: Professional "Stream Starting Soon" and "Be Right Back" holding graphics are standard, ensuring the audience is never looking at a blank screen.

Getting the Signal to the Audience

The most important part of a livestream is getting it out — reliably, cleanly and on time.

I handle the full connection from the production to the outside world, whether that’s a direct stream to YouTube, Vimeo, LinkedIn, or multiple platforms simultaneously using Restream.

Once the cameras and switching are locked in, the focus is on stability and delivery — ensuring the stream reaches the audience without surprises.

Output Options

  • Direct stream to a single platform (YouTube, Vimeo, LinkedIn, RTMP)

  • Simultaneous streaming to multiple platforms via Restream

  • Live program output plus local recording

  • Live-to-tape capture when streaming isn’t required

Built for Reliability

The output workflow is designed to be predictable and robust, whether the project is fully live or being captured for release later.

Streaming is delivered via venue internet where suitable, with bonded or fallback connectivity available when reliability is critical.

The goal is simple: what’s produced on site is exactly what the audience receives.

One operator, one compact kit, delivering complete multicam productions — live or recorded.
